Visa Application

General Information

Visa applications for the Republic of Congo may be submitted:
– in person, directly at the Consular Service
– by postal mail
– through an officially authorized visa service provider.

Required Documents

The visa application file must include the following documents:
– Valid passport (minimum validity of six months)
– Passport application form duly completed and signed
– Two (2) recent passport‑size photographs
– Proof of address or residence permit in Germany
– Certificate of accommodation
– Proof of round‑trip flight reservation
– International vaccination certificate (yellow fever – mandatory)

Visa Fees

Visa fees are set as follows:
– One (1) month visa, multiple entries: €110
– Three (3) months visa, multiple entries: €155
– Express procedure: double the applicable fee, with same‑day processing

Opening Hours of the Consular Service

Submission and collection of visa application files take place from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
