Visa Application

General Information

Applications for visas to the Republic of the Congo may be submitted: – in person, directly to the Consular Service; – by postal mail; – through a duly authorized visa service provider.

Required Documents

The visa application file must include the following documents: Two visa application forms duly completed and signed; A valid passport (with at least 6 months of validity remaining); A copy of the residence permit for residents of Germany; Two recent passport-sized photographs; A hotel reservation or invitation letter; A copy of the airline ticket; A vaccination certificate (yellow fever vaccination is mandatory).

Visa Fees

Visa fees are as follows: Multiple-entry visa valid for one (1) month: €110 Multiple-entry visa valid for three (3) months: €155 Express processing: double the applicable fee, with same-day processing.

Consular Service Hours

Visa application files may be submitted and collected during the following hours: from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
